This Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Rustic Territory. This warranty is valid for a period of 3 years or (1095) days after the purchase date.
What does this 3 Year warranty cover?
This 3 Year Warranty covers the following:
- Covers any defects in materials used to manufacture your product.
- Covers any defects in workmanship under normal use.
- Covers any broken components under normal designed use.
- Covers any broken components due to shipping and handling.
What will we do to correct problems?
Rustic Territory will honor the 3-year warranty in one of the following ways:
- Repair the product, at no charge.
- Replace the product, at no charge.
- If the product is no longer being manufactured, issue you a refund for the damaged product.
How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Rustic Territory is 3 years or (1095) days from the date of purchase. Please Note: Purchase must include a 3-year warranty plan. (No purchase of warranty will result in no warranty package honored.)
A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or (180) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
What does this warranty not cover?
This 3 Year Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
- Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
- Damage caused by unauthorized modification of the product.
- Damage caused by natural disasters.
- Theft or Loss of the product.
- Digital Products.

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us with your discrepancy and we will coordinate the most appropriate solution for you.
