  1. You can email our Support team 24/7 with any questions or concerns you may have about the product you are interested in. We will get back to you as soon as possible. Normally with in 1-4 hours. Send your emails to Support@RusticTerritory.com or Facebook Message us on Messenger for Real Time Response. You can also place your order over the phone with our Customer Support Representatives at 1-855-RUSTIC-T.
  2. You can get Free Shipping by spending over $99 when you live in the lower 48 States. 
  3. Yes, we do offer Expedited Shipping in 2 different options: Our Superior Select S&H is $9.97 and has a delivery range of 3-5 business days. We also offer Premium Insured S&H for $13.97 and it has a delivery range of 2-4 business days. And we always recommend if you have a Special Event (Birthday, Wedding, Anniversary, Etc.) that you also contact us by email about your timeline so we can insure our warehouse processes and ships your order as fast as possible.   4. We currently do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska. We are working to Expand into these regions soon. We apologize for this inconvenience. 
  5. We currently do not ship to Canada. We only ship inside the lower 48 United States. But we have had some Canadians who live close to the USA border and had a USA Post Office box or address where they can receive our orders at. If you live in Canada and can use a USA address to place your order, we will gladly ship to you. We are trying to Expand to all Canada Shipping soon. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
  6. We send all Tracking Numbers and Updates via Email. Which ever email you used to place your order is where you will receive shipping updates.
  7. Typically we see our ground shipments delivered in about 3-7 business days. Please allow extra time around holidays. We use USPS, UPS & FedEx for all our Shipments. Once your order leaves our warehouse, the speed in which it arrives to you is out of our control. Please choose the shipping option that works best for your timeline at checkout.
  8. Yes, we offer 2 Year Warranties on all our Products. Purchase of the Warranty is Required at time of Purchase to Qualify. For terms or questions about our Warranty please see our Refund & Warranty Policy.

  12. Digital Gift Cards are designed to avoid wait times of Slow Snail Mail. Once purchased, an email with the Digital Gift Card will be sent to you, you can use it yourself or forward to friends or family. There will be a Code at the bottom that looks similar to this: "GiftCardCoupon" Simply use this Code in the Discount box at Checkout to receive that total Off your Order. 
  13. If you want to use your Digital Gift Card to buy something of lesser value than the amount of the Card. You will be emailed another Digital Gift Card after your purchase with your remaining balance on it. 
  14. No, there is no Expiration Date on any of our Digital Gift Cards.
  15. For all Broken items please contact us immediately at Support@RusticTerritory.com. Also, do not discard the box or anything in it. We will want pictures for our records. Then we will begin our Free Replacement Process. For more details see our Replacement Policy.
  16. Please always open your package as soon as you receive it to verify it's contents. If anything is ever missing please contact us immediately at Support@RusticTerritory.com. Keep the box and all its contents until you reach out to us. We will want pictures for our records. We will ask you questions about the taping on the box to investigate any possible thefts. Then we will begin the Free Replacement Process. Replacement Policy.
  17. We offer Free Returns. If you wish to make a return please contact us via email at Support@RusticTerritory.com and we will send you a Pre-Paid Return Label. Once your Return has been received we will issue you a Refund for your Item. Shipping and Handling charges are Non-Refundable. Please allow your bank 5-10 business days to credit the funds back in your account. See our Returns Policy for more details.
  18. Send all cancellation requests to us at Support@RusticTerritory.com. We will process them promptly and you will get an email confirmation for your records when it is complete. 
  19. For all Customer Support we typically recommend our email address of Support@RusticTerritory.com. We process all customer support there as a central location. It keeps everything organized and accountable. However, if you need immediate support or want to speak with a representative you can also call or text us at 1-855-RUSTIC-T. We also offer live Facebook Messenger Chat. 
  20. Each Wednesday & Sunday we have a live Auction. How our Auction works: Create an Account, accounts can be used for easier checkouts also. Creating an account is Free. Then place your bid & wait. You will not get charged by placing a bid. Each time someone outbids you, you will receive an email notification. Auction ends at Midnight on Wednesday & Sunday's. If you win, you will receive an email notification on Thursday or Monday with link to pay & a Free "Ground" Shipping Coupon. Once payment is received your order will be shipped out as normal.
