  1. You can email our Support team 24/7 with any questions or concerns you may have about the product you are interested in. We will get back to you as soon as possible. Normally with in 1-4 hours. Send your emails to Support@RusticTerritory.com However, if you need immediate support you can reach someone during Business Hours (Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM CST) at 1-855-RUSTIC-T (Call/Text) or message us with the Facebook Messenger Chat. 
  2. You can get Free Shipping by spending over $99 when you live in the lower 48 States. You can also get Free Shipping while a Catalog Club member. See details on here.
  3. We used to offer Expedited Shipping. But since COVID-19 we have been unable to give this option as shipping times have been more unpredictable. 
  4. We currently do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska. We are working to Expand into these regions soon. We apologize for this inconvenience. 
  5. We now ship to Canada for a Standard Shipping Fee of $40. This covers all Customs & Extra Shipping Fees Applicable.
  6. We send all Tracking Numbers and Updates via Email. Which ever email you used to place your order is where you will receive shipping updates.
  7. Since COVID-19 we have been telling our customers to expect delays. Our current delivery time can range from 1-4 weeks. But normally are delivered in less than 2 weeks. We apologize in advance for any inconviences. 
  8. Yes, we offer 2 Year Warranties on all our Products. Purchase of the Warranty is Required at time of Purchase to Qualify. For terms or questions about our Warranty please see our Refund & Warranty Policy. If you did not see the option to purchase a Warranty at time of purchase, please contact us same day to make sure we can get your products covered.

  12. Digital Gift Cards are designed to avoid wait times of Slow Snail Mail. Once purchased, an email with the Digital Gift Card will be sent to you, you can use it yourself or forward to friends or family. There will be a Code on it that looks similar to this: "X123ABC999KEIO" Simply use this Code in the Discount box at Checkout to receive that total Off your Order. 
  13. If you want to use your Digital Gift Card to buy something of lesser value than the amount of the Card. You should call or email us after the purchase and we can issue you a new Gift Card with the remaining balance.
  14. No, there is no Expiration Date on any of our Digital Gift Cards.
  15. For any Broken items please contact us within 10 days of delivery at Support@RusticTerritory.com. And DO NOT discard the box or anything in it. We will want pictures for our records. Then we will begin our Free Replacement Process. For more details see our Replacement Policy.
  16. Please always open your package as soon as you receive it to verify it's contents. If anything is ever missing please contact us within 10 days of delivery at Support@RusticTerritory.com. You must keep the box and all its contents until you reach out to us. We will want pictures for our records. We will ask you questions about the taping on the box to investigate any possible thefts. Then we will begin the Free Replacement Process. You can see more details on our Replacement Policy.
  17. We offer Free Returns. If you wish to make a return please contact us within 10 days of delivery and keep the original box for return shipping. Email us at Support@RusticTerritory.com and we will send you a Pre-Paid Return Label. Once your Return has been received we will issue you a Refund for your Item. Shipping and Handling charges are Non-Refundable. Please allow your bank 5-10 business days to credit the funds back in your account. See our Returns Policy for more details.
  18. For all Farmhouse Sticker Club, Farmhouse Catalog Club and Farmhouse T-Shirt Club members we have built a Customer Portal where you can go to edit, pause or cancel your subscription. Please click here and follow the Simple Instructions to get started. 
  19. For all Rustic Candle Box, Rustic Mason Box, Rustic Tart Box or Monthly Rustic Tart Bar members, we still have to manually process your requests. Please email us directly at Support@RusticTerritory.com for assistance.

Each Sunday we have a live Auction that begins by 12 PM CST. All our Auctions are (Free to Enter, Free to Bid, Free Shipping if you Win!!!) How our Auction works: Create an Account, accounts can be used for easier checkouts and also to gather RT Reward points. Creating an account is FAST. Then place your bid & wait. You will not get charged by placing a bid. Each time someone outbids you, you will receive an email notification. Auction ends at Midnight on Sunday's. If you win, you will receive an email notification on Monday with link to pay & a Free "Ground" Shipping Coupon. Once payment is received your order will be shipped out as normal.
