Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the USA & Canada, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. Normal Processing Time is 1-3 days. Please allow for extra cushion around weekends & holidays.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to your home. Normal Shipping times range from 3-7 business days, please allow for extra cushion around holidays.
Since COVID-19 we have been telling our customers to expect delays. Our current delivery time can range from 1-4 weeks. But normally are delivered in less than 2 weeks. We apologize in advance for any inconviences.
We only use USPS, UPS, FEDEX or DHL to ship our products.
