Returns & Refunds Policy
If you’re not satisfied with an item that you purchased on Rustic Territory, you can initiate a return within 30 Days of Delivery, as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging. Items that have been used or damaged in any way may not be returned. If it has been more than 30 days of delivery (date on tracking it was delivered to you), unfortunately we cannot offer you a return, exchange or refund of any kind.
To return an item, send your request to Support@RusticTerritory.com Once your Return is initiated, we will send you a Pre-Paid Return Label for the package. When we receive it, inspect & verify it's still in good condition you will be refunded the amount for the product. Shipping Cost is Non-Refundable.
If your shipment gets damaged during transit, please contact us upon arrival to initiate a replacement within 10 Days of Delivery. After this window, we assume you are happy with your product and have decided to keep it. We will require pictures be sent to validate your damage claims to Support@RusticTerritory.com Once this has been completed and verified, we will ship you replacements and send you a Pre-Paid Return Label for the damaged product. Please note: you must return it in its original packaging or Extra Shipping Fees May Apply. You will be responsible to cover any extra shipping fees due to not returning the item in it's original package.
The following items may not be Returned or Exchanged:
- Items damaged after delivery
- Gift cards
You may cancel an order within 2 Hours after placing the order by sending your request to Support@RusticTerritory.com. Note that the option to cancel will no longer be available after 2 hours of placing order. After that point, the order will be processed for delivery to you.
If you would like to cancel an order after 2 hours, contact us immediately at Support@RusticTerritory.com for cancellation request. Please note that we cannot guarantee that your order can be canceled after 2 hours, but we’ll try our best to help.
Please Note: Once your order has been shipped we cannot cancel and refund your order until you complete the return process. (See Above) Then once product is returned properly and has been inspected for no damage, a refund will be issued.
In the unlikely event that an item you ordered arrives damaged or is defective, you may return it for a replacement or a full refund, as long as you report the issue within 10 days of delivery. You will not be responsible for the shipping costs to return or replace the item, if it arrived damaged.
Important note: if the damaged item was shipped through a freight carrier or white glove service, then you must report the issue within 10 days after delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund. It’s critical to report the issue within that time period so that a claim can be filed with the carrier. We encourage you to inspect the packaging of the item before you accept the item from the carrier. If the packaging or the item appears damaged when it arrives, you should take pictures of the damage and you may inform the carrier and refuse delivery. In that case, please report the issue and you can choose to receive a replacement or a refund.
To report an issue with an item, please contact us at Support@RusticTerritory.com and follow the instructions provided. You will be required to submit photos of the damage or defect. The seller may also ask you to submit photographs of the original packaging if it was damaged. You are required to keep the original packaging to return a damaged or defective item, and submitting a photo of the original packaging could help expedite your return if the item was damaged in transit. Note that the option to report damage or a defect qualify only for 10 days after delivery. You can find the type of delivery (parcel or freight) listed on your shipment confirmation email.
Refunds (if Applicable)
Please Note: We will not under any circumstance refund a order already in transit to you. Once it has left our warehouse we cannot stop the shipping process. If you decide you do not want your order, you must wait until it is received and then request a paid return label. This pre-paid return label will only be good for 10 days. If you do not use it in time, you will be responsible for return shipping fees. (Those are not refundable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
All stickers and catalogs once shipped are non-reusable and therefore non-refundable. All digi-catalogs and digi-ebooks are non-refundable. If your refund is approved for an eligible returned, damaged or defective item (as specified above), you’ll be refunded the purchase price and applicable sales tax. For damaged or defective items due to shipping only, you will also receive a refund for paid shipping.
For items that were not damaged or defective due to shipping, we can only refund the price of the product/ product(s) and or any sales tax paid to Rustic Territory. No shipping cost will be refunded, simply because we did ship it to you and acquire those costs upfront which are non-refundable through the carrier for their services. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment shortly after Rustic Territory receives and processes the eligible item. If you choose to contact us and let us know you have dropped off the return, we can verify the shipping label has been scanned by the appropriate carrier and initiate the process sooner.
Please Note: Once approved, all refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10-15 Business days.
If we are unable to refund your original method of payment for any reason, Rustic Territory will provide you with a Store Credit or Gift Card for the amount of the refund due to you, which may be used for future purchases on www.RusticTerritory.com.
If you Ordered and Required a Refund via Facebook Marketplace, we will submit it as soon as you notify us. Then the rest is in Facebook's hands because you in fact paid them, not us. They will take over the Refund at that point. Their typical processing time is between 1-2 weeks. This is completely out of our control and we do apologize for the inconvenience.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
No subscription can be cancelled the day of its due date. They must be cancelled No Later Than 1 Business Day prior to your next bill to avoid the payment from processing & shipping. Once your order has been shipped it is non-refundable unless returned. Some items are non-reusable and therefore non-returnable/refundable (i.e. stickers and catalogs) All other items are returnable and if you complete the return process correctly can be refunded. Also note: We are not responsible for any declined charges or return payment fees your bank may enforce upon you.
All Gift Cards work same as CASH on our website. When using, you will get the Dollar Value of your Gift Card off on your order. They Never Expire and they are Non-Refundable. Simply enter the Gift Card Code at checkout to Claim. If you need help or did not use full gift card value. You can contact us for an issue of a New Gift Card with Remaining Balance. Gift Cards can be transferred to friends or family via email, print, mail, etc.

A 2 year warranty can be purchase at the time of purchase. You only get a warranty if you purchase one. If you did not see the option at checkout, please call us or email us to add a warranty to your purchase the same day. Otherwise your products will not be covered under our 2 year warranty.
This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Rustic Territory. Our warranties are valid for a period of 2 years or (730) days after purchase date.
What does this limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers the following:
- Covers any defects in materials used to manufacture your product.
- Covers any defects in worksmanship under normal use.
- Covers any broken components under normal designed use.
- Covers any broken components due to shipping and handling.
What will we do to correct problems?
Rustic Territory will honor the 2 year warranty in one of the following ways:
- Repair the product, at no charge.
- Replace the product, at no charge.
- If the product is no longer being manufactured, issue you a refund for the damaged product.
How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Rustic Territory is 2 year or (730) days from the date of purchase. Please Note: Purchase must include 2 year warranty plan. (No purchase of warranty will result in no warranty package honored.)
A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or (180) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
- Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
- Damage caused by unauthorized modification of product.
- Damage caused by natural disasters.
- Theft or Loss of the product.
